By installing or using Countdown Timer & Announcement Bar ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• You are responsible for your store content, configurations, and campaign messaging.
• You must comply with Shopify policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify account and admin credentials.

4. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app to maintain service quality, security, or compliance. We aim to minimize disruption where possible.

5. Fees and Billing

Pricing, if applicable, is presented through Shopify billing flows and may be updated in accordance with Shopify requirements and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The app and related materials are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for your store operations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, policy violations, or operational necessity.
